Founding Principles

The Alliance Coven was founded with 10 guiding principles.

1. Foster a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all practitioners regardless of race, background, sexuality, gender identity, age, or experience level.

2. Build consistent spiritual practice through regular meetings, seasonal rituals, and shared observances of the Wheel of the Year.

3. Encourage personal growth and magical development by offering opportunities for study, mentorship, and shared spell work.

4. Maintain ethical integrity and accountability in all magical workings, decisions, and interactions.

5. Celebrate the divine in its many forms, including the sacred feminine, masculine, and nonbinary expressions of spirit

6. Strengthen community bonds through shared meals, group meditations, creative expression, and support during life’s transitions

7. Honor the land and local spirits by integrating nature-based practices and environmental stewardship.

8 Promote magical literacy and self-empowerment, ensuring that all members have access to the learning and tools needed to grow confidently in the Craft.

9. Uphold a balance between structure and freedom, allowing for both guided rituals and more spontaneous magical workings.

10. Ensure the coven remains a living, evolving entity, open to feedback, transformation, and the changing needs of its members.
